Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to and use of the BuyerPass platform and the BuyerSignals, BuyerPixels, and BuyerIncentives features included in your Pass.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or activating a Pass, you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
2. Incentive Fair Use
BuyerIncentives distributes high-value rewards such as luxury getaway certificates and gift cards. To protect the integrity of the program, you agree that you will not:
- Generate, spoof, or simulate artificial, bot, or fraudulent traffic in order to trigger or claim incentive certificates.
- Issue rewards to fictitious recipients, yourself, or related parties for the purpose of accumulating certificates.
- Resell, auction, or transfer issued certificates outside the intended end-customer relationship.
- Circumvent per-account or per-campaign issuance limits through multiple accounts.
Violation of this clause may result in immediate suspension, clawback of issued rewards, and termination without refund.
3. Subscriptions, Auto-Renewal & Cancellation
BuyerPass is sold as a recurring subscription under one of two Passes:
- Quarterly Pass — billed at $2,091 every three (3) months. It automatically renews at the end of each quarter unless cancelled at least 7 days before the renewal date.
- Annual Pass — billed at $4,997 every twelve (12) months. It automatically renews at the end of each annual term unless cancelled at least 14 days before the renewal date.
You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current paid term remains active through its end date and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use intent data and resolved identities only for lawful outreach in compliance with applicable marketing, anti-spam, and privacy laws, and to honor opt-out requests promptly.
5. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuyerPass is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
